jazz
An upbeat, high energy, technical dance style including, strength, flexibility, leaps, turns, and modern choreography.
This genre attracts dancers who are focused, goal orientated but want a fun and upbeat class environment and have energy to burn.
tap
Like jazz, tap dance was born from a fusion of European and West African cultures. It is characterised by using the sounds of metal taps affixed to the heel and toe of shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion.
Our classes focus a lot on musicality & rhythm and is a great choice for students who are interested in strongly developing their rhythm & co-ordination.
Hip Hop
Including fresh choreography, hip hop is an expressive, dynamic and free movement style that promotes performance, coordination and groove. This genre attracts high energy dancers who want new and fresh choreography each week.
Hip hop is awesome for developing confidence, performance skills and coordination.
acrobatics
Acrobatics is a class that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. Acrobatics focuses on fundamental technique to teach flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control and concentration.
These classes are great for students who are wanting to try something different to their regular dance class and like the idea of a challenge.
All of our classes are equipped with professional training apparatus
Mini Movers
We recognise there are different stages of a child’s growth in the preschool years and every child progresses differently. Therefore our pre school programme provides a stimulating and exciting programme that develops a range of skills and nurtures their expression and confidence.
These classes can lead your child happily into more advanced dance classes or simply help with your child’s general progression in those important early years.
Adult Classes
We understand that exercise needs to be fun and inviting to keep you motivated. So our main priority is designing exciting classes that are always fresh and challenging and cultivate a great environment so you and your friends can have a great place to connect with each other.
Each class is a fun combination of Jazz & Tap with strength, flexibility and cardio elements throughout to get you “glowing”.
These classes run during term 3 & 4
